Privacy for business buyers
This notice applies to information submitted through zetink.cn, including inquiries and the private customer center.
What we collect
We may collect your name, business email, company, country or region, WhatsApp number, saved products, sourcing-list quantities and notes, inquiries, and technical security records needed to protect the service.
How we use it
Authorized Zetink staff use this information to respond to sourcing requests, prepare quotations, maintain account security and improve our B2B service. A saved draft is not sent to sales and is not an order until you explicitly submit it as an inquiry.
ERP and service providers
Submitted inquiries are synchronized to Zetink's ERP for sales follow-up. Passwords and password hashes are never sent to the ERP. We may use infrastructure, email and anti-abuse providers only to operate and secure the service.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, account closure or deletion review by contacting Zetink through the contact form or Alibaba showroom. Some business records may need to be retained where required for security, legal or accounting purposes.
Security and international processing
Private customer data is served through authenticated interfaces and is excluded from public product pages, feeds, sitemaps and shared caches. As an international supplier, we may process business contact data in China and through contracted infrastructure providers.
